Why we built it
We went through more than fifteen assistants in eighteen months. Every one was hand-fed codes and logins over chat, and not one was reliably removed afterwards. Nobody was careless: access is granted in a hurry and removed at leisure. Keymaster exists so that access is handled by something whose whole job is to keep track of it.
